While there were many large businesses leveraging the product to connect with their customers, small and medium businesses were left to figure things out for themselves.
Our team built special tools enabling businesses and creators (professionals) to leverage their Twitter presence to run their businesses. This included labels showcasing their category, as well as modules to highlight specific actions they wanted their customers to take:
At the start of 2022, there were around 300k professionals on the platform. By the end the year, we had signed up 15 million.
